Imagine if you went to the dentist to get your wisdom teeth removed and you found out you had cancer. That's what happened to Douglas White a stage four Squamous Cell Carcenoma of the tongue and neck survivor. Doug has kept a positive mental attitude throughout treatment and survivorship.

Lara Ryan's sister Kimberly Hansen was diagnosed with Stage 4 colorectal cancer. During her chemo treatments she had a blanket that her family gave her. She noticed other patients didn't have a comfy blanket like hers. It was Kimberly's last wish to have some comfort like that during treatment.
